How to say "I feel like" in Korean
The natural way Koreans say "I feel like" — with the polite form, close alternatives, and audio for every line.

When to use it
English puts I feel like at the front. Korean puts it at the very end, after the whole thought. Get that order right and your sentences stop sounding translated.
Polite form
- 인 것 같아요in geot gatayoUse this with strangers, anyone older than you, and at work.
Other ways to say it
- 그런 것 같아geureon geot gata= I think soA soft yes. Koreans hedge far more than English speakers, and this is the workhorse for it.
- 아닌 것 같아anin geot gata= I do not think soA soft no. Much gentler than 아니야.

- 요즘 좀 괜찮아진 것 같아.yojeum jom gwaenchanajin geot gata.I feel like things are calming down lately.
